Starry Night Art de Cure Gallery Reception Raises funds for CMT

Upstate NY CMT held its second Starry Night Art de Cure gallery reception to benefit the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA) on December 7, 2012 hosted by David and Elizabeth Misener at our CMT art gallery located at Clinical Prosthetics + Orthotics in Albany, NY.

Guests enjoyed complimentary wine, cheese, appetizers, and deserts, while browsing original art by regional artists, including: acrylics, framed photography, watercolors, mixed media and oil paintings. We also held a silent action of quilts, hand crafted jewelry, silk scarves, gift cards, wine baskets, baby blankets, books, an autographed Giants football poster, photo note cards & more!

In addition, 4 Disney® one-day Park Hopper® tickets for use at the Magic Kingdom®, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios™ and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Park were raffled off along with a 50/50 raffle. Carey Ahner of The Bear Bones Project entertained with his guitar.

Over 50 people, including friends, family and neighbors came out on a cold, rainy night to support us. We announced the winner of the Disney raffle, Laurie Leal, and lucky bidders headed home with their loot.
